RedTailPOS.com employs a just in time (JIT) inventory policy whereby POS related equipment is procured at the time the customer places an order. A small inventory of point of sale peripherals is maintained for emergency situations.

All hardware must be paid in full prior to RedTailPOS.com procuring any equipment orders for its customers. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return all products unless otherwise stated on an accepted sales proposal or customer quotation. You will be provided with a full refund or exchange the product for another one or equal value. You can return a product for up to 5 days from the date of purchase or date or receipt of equipment - whichever is greater.

Online Payments:
RedTailPOS.com accepts online account payments allowing customers to pay for service agreements and invoices generated and issued offline. RedTailPOS.com uses a PCI compliant payment processor to securely process payments and pays a non-refundable fee to the payment processor. This fee to a maximum of 3% of the purchase is not refunded under any circumstances.
