Technical Support
Technical support for all RedTail products is provided by our own in-house team based on annual support agreements (RSSA) or on a per call basis. POS hardware support for all equipment and peripherals purchased through RedTail POS Inc. is also included. Our partner, Breton Technologies, provides added technical assistance for non POS hardware, networking environments, and Internet and related services.
