RedTail Help Centre

Technical support for all RedTail products is provided by our team based on annual support agreements (RSSA) or on a per call basis. POS hardware support for all equipment and peripherals purchased through RedTail POS Inc. is also included. Our partner, Breton Technologies, provides added technical assistance for non POS hardware, networking environments, and Internet and related services. We also work with IT vendors for a hassle free installation and ongoing support.
